KUALA LUMPUR: Property buyers and investors are in for a treat as the popular and biggest StarProperty.my Fair of the year is finally here.
The three-day event will see top developers showcasing their property.
More than 40 developers are participating, including Mah Sing Group Bhd, Eco World Development Sdn Bhd, Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, SP Setia Bhd Group, Tropicana Corporation Bhd, Areca Properties Sdn Bhd, IOI Properties Group Berhad and IJM Corporation Berhad.
Targeted at all income groups, there will be plenty of opportunities for visitors at each booth where highlighted are the latest launches.
Visitors can enquire and get answers to what property is best for them.
Organised by StarProperty.my, the fair continues to be the place to be for those looking to buy their first home.
And, for those who already have one, they may want to upgrade to a high-end property.
Even those who are looking to make a sound investment to hedge against inflation can find a myriad of options at the fair.
Other activities that visitors can look forward to include talks covering a multitude of topics regarding homes.
Also in the cards are highlights on business-inspired investments, the impact of Goods and Services Tax (GST) on property development and the Feng Shui outlook for 2015.
All visitors will get a goodie bag after registering at the information counters.
The StarProperty.my Fair will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (Hall 4 and 5) from today until Sunday. Admission is free and the doors are open between 11am and 7pm.
